21st,Aug, 2020, we received an email from Kiribati Customer. He said that the
Original BL stayed in Sydney around 1 month because the COVID-19 was very
serious there. But one 20’ft container cargo had reached at his port. They were
very worried about it. Then we contacted with the shipping agent at destination
port and port of departure immediately. In accordance with their requirements, we
issued some certificates and documents, thus to help our customer pick up all
goods successfully without original BL.
